Frankly My Dear, I Don't Give A Damn

Sat Feb 16, 2008, 7:26 AM
I could think a little bit before I write to make this an eloquent discourse on my mood, but to be frank, I don't necessarily give a damn about eloquence right now. Sure, one could argue that the emotion of writing is better captured through raw (and substantial) simplicity, but I don't really think anyone is going to reply to argue the semantics of emotional entrapment through prosaic means. I digress, I seem to do that a lot, and I return to the topic at hand that shall be regarded by maybe three people, two of which will not (frankly) give a damn. I'm not in a bad mood, those are few and far between, and I'm not exactly pensive as per my "mood status". I just feel indifferent and that feels so much concurrent with everything. They say indifference is the greatest sin a man can commit (if one were to follow a major religion or faith), and others might say that indifference is a bastardized state of Nirvana because Nirvana is a state disconnected from the outside world.

But indifference, many times, is more or less substantiated by the outside world; even perpetuated. Is indifference the greatest collective evil, or is it the dullest collective mind set? I do not know and I am rambling now. I will quote now.

“Far from idleness being the root of all evil, it is rather the only true good.” - Soren Kierkegaard

Is it true that idleness could be indifference? Or is it Nihilism? Or does nihilism require a mind of complete indifference and a misunderstanding of the greater good? Nihilism is just anarchy with a more intelligent name, and anarchy is for immature middle school kids who do not understand that to "fight the system" you have to use the system and take it down from the top, assuming that the purported evil of the 'system' really is evil, and not, once again, misunderstood.

God. Jesus. Jehovah. Elohim. Yahweh. Adonai. Jah. Shaddai. Allah. Shiva. Odin. Ra. Jupiter. Buddha. Confucius. Ixbalanque. Quetzalcoatl. Coatlique. The Sun. The Moon.

All Gods in their own right, some are multiple names for the same being receiving the same prayer. Others completely independent of the rest, but researched with the same fervor. So where does ebbing uncertainty come from? It washes our thoughts out to sea with a riptide of analogous misgivings.

Doomsayer.

I've been into photography for a while, I even have a sweet Nikon camera that I do for my black and white pictures... Nikon N8008AF

I just don't like to advertise my photography, it makes me feel like I'm trying to be cocky. I just want people to enjoy, that's allll.

I think so. Its up to like, 7, 8 or 11. I don't remember. I never keep it that high though. The pictures turn out WAAAAAAAY to big. And I don't feel like opening up Photoshop just to resize them.

Not untill I get more ram, that is. Then I won't mind. Lol.
